Two cottages one in the village and one outside of the village. It is well furnished and it includes a few commodities.
The modern chalet (20x20) is situated in the village. It is an ideal place for a family. Its location is very close to north beach and it is only a five minutes walk to the wharf and boardwalk. During high season the cottage is rented for a period of three nights or more.

The country side chalet is a five minutes ride by car to the centre of the village of Perce. Free parking at the country cottage and inside the village is available for your convenience. The chalet has a magnificent view of Bonaventure Island and the sea. A large private balcony with space for six chairs and panoramic views. There is no television in this chalet.
